Here’s a question that comes up with a lot of my clients: What’s happening with these foreclosures, and will we have another crash in the market causing a huge amount of them?
Based on everything we’re seeing at the moment, that’s not very likely. During the last housing bubble and housing crash, we lost about five years of building time. We don’t have the number of homes that are needed in Arizona. With the price increases and favorable loan terms that are out there, we’re not seeing many foreclosures at all.

Even if foreclosures are happening due to some people getting into financial trouble, there are still opportunities to sell because they have lots of equity in their homes.
